Thoughts On Collection: I wanted to like it but unfortunately I was not feeling this western/cowboy inspired collection. I kept on waiting to see more but at the end I was disappointed. I love Isabel Marant's spirit. She is a hard worker and her business is expanding rapidly as she is about to open another boutique in Paris. Four years ago, I picked up Elle France in Paris and I felt so much emotions after reading an article about her life, her inspirations and her love of fashion. I guess it is because of the fact that we are both Belleville fans and spend a lot of time there. She lives in this Parisian neighborhood and I visit it quite often when in Paris. Back to her collection, it was casual, fun and relaxed. Nothing of grandeur there. Just the way Marant likes to dress her woman. Fans will most likely love it!
